MasterCV

Why this app exists

MasterCV is published by HJDG Company, in Morocco. It came out of an ordinary observation and a refusal.

The observation

Looking for a job means sending a lot of applications. And properly tailoring a CV to one posting takes about twenty minutes: reread the ad, find the parts of your history that answer it, move the right experience up, reword it in their vocabulary, rewrite the letter.

Nobody sustains that. So people send the same document everywhere, knowing it answers badly — and it lands worse still, because software filters it before a human ever sees it.

The refusal

There are already tools that will write a CV for you. Plenty of them produce a more impressive history than the one you have. That is precisely what MasterCV does not do.

The ban on inventing an experience, a degree or a date is written into the model’s instructions, and every document it produces is cross-checked against your original CV before you are shown it. An employer name that does not exist in your history fails the generation.

This is not legal caution. An embellished CV passes the first filter and collapses in the first interview, when you are asked to talk through the project you did not run.

What follows from that

Everything else comes from there. The preview is free and complete, because a tool that charges before showing its work is asking for trust it has not earned. The price of every action is published in the app and on this site, read from the same table that does the charging. Company facts that research could not confirm are marked as inferred rather than presented as certain.

And when you add a keyword your CV was missing, the warning appears directly above the button: a recruiter will ask you about every word on your CV.

The Moroccan context

French is the default because it is the language of the postings our users answer. Arabic is planned, including a full right-to-left interface — not a translation dropped onto a layout designed left-to-right.

The app works anywhere, and documents are produced in the language of the ad: an English posting gives you an English CV.
